Paul Burton, founder of Jack's Services, is a 40+ year veteran of both construction and facility maintenance industries. A Wentworth Institute graduate, he co-founded Precision Window Cleaning in 1992 and spent decades mastering exterior building care and access work. After the pandemic, many facilities were left without dedicated maintenance staff, and many long time clients reached out to Paul to deliver facility or maintenance services for them. Paul expanded his expertise into full-service facility management. Paul is known to collaborate with his clients on unique and one-off facility needs, and has built a reputation for skilled service execution.
In 2022, Paul became the sole owner of Precision Window Cleaning and rebranded the business, changed the name, and created Jack's Services LLC — a company uniting delivery facility services and professional window washing under one trusted, commercially focused name, bringing together his decades of hands-on experience.
